Do you yell at the character in a book wishing you could help them with their choices? If so, then Choose your Shot may be the book for you. This is an interactive book allowing you to choose your own adventure. I have to admit, I didn't read the blurb closely enough. Had I known this is one of those types of books, I would have not picked it to read. Every book like this, I've pretty much disliked. To my surprised, Ms. D'Abo's choices are sublime. I really enjoyed this book.

Ms. D'Abo's choices she provides are fantastic. It really allows a person to pick their own BDSM scene and live vicariously through Tegan. Tegan is a woman looking for a good night of submission. She is a switch so she does dominate when she feels like it. Usually she avoids the uber alpha dominants but tonight, with the re-opening of Maverick, she may decide otherwise.

The BDSM in here is awesome. From a kinkster point of view, I rate it a 5. The electrical play, bondage bed, fireplay and a few others are all lovely. They are also quite realistic. Having experienced each of these, I can say the sensations are dead on. Whether or not this happens in a club, I can't speak to because my experiences have all been in a private intimate setting.

The club itself is over the top cool. It's a BDSM fantasy playground. The sheer expense to run this club is phenomenal. The fees as a member must be high in order to offer so many goodies. The Dungeon plus the upstairs rooms are a dream come true. What happens in them is hot and erotically alluring.

The choices Ms. D'Abo gives the reader is for both a play partner and BDSM scenes. I confess, I did try them all. While it seems that the reader does have choices, they sort of all lead to one ending. This I enjoyed. Because I preferred the ultimate ending designated by the author. While a reader could say this book is just one porn session after another, it is not. There is both character development as well as a plot. The two men Tegan is torn between are good reliable Eli and dominant Thomas. It's tough to choose between the two since both have pluses and minus. It's fun to see what happens through a choose yourself adventure. I can honestly say, I enjoyed both options thoroughly. This kinky adventure is recommended to those who like to have their cake and eat it too.
