This is ageplay so there isn't as much graphic sexual acts. There is a little sensual erotic undertone in some of the doctor's appointments with Dr. Cora. The characters in this story are easy to understand. It's a straightforward plot with a woman looking to be a Mommy while balancing the demands of a job.

The ageplay in here is familiar and sweet. The antics of the Littles are amusing. The discipline enforced by Dr. Cora and her strict nurses is delightful. This ageplay story is for kinky readers who also have love for medical kink.
