Sweet and sexy, dragon lovers will enjoy this paranormal romance. Jon is a quiet man who knows he is different than others. After seeing what they do to boys who like other boys, Jon keeps a low profile. When he is outed by an unsavory booty call, Jon is beaten near to death and sent off as a virgin sacrifice to the evil dragon.

The Dragon aka Patch is a blue dragon who is a bit of an anomaly amongst other dragons. He yearns for a mate who is also a male. When his latest tribute is a poorly disguised male, he does a little something different than his usual catch and release of virgins. He actually wants to keep this one and mayhaps take a bit of a nibble.

This story moved along at a fast clip and the end came all too quick. The characters are adorable and too sweet together. The story does bring up another thread that I hope will be featured in the next book. The sex is mild as Jon is a virgin. Patch and Jon's chemistry is believable and the pair of them are adorable. The little twist in the story is fitting as it is needed to carrying the story on to the next book. Recommended to m/m readers who love dragon shifters and virgin lovers.
