Finally found this sexy little trilogy. I did read it out of order. I read this book last as it was the hardest to get a hold of through my library. Still, it is a good read. This story is a brother's best friend lover story with a bit of a kinky twist. I enjoy series where a group of friends finds their lover. In this first book, it focuses on Mia and Gabe. Gabe is one of the 3 men who bonded in college and built a thriving business together.

This is a popular theme with billionaire dominants because it is a lovely fantasy. Usually it is a down on your luck girl who has nothing to offer. In this one, it's refreshing to see that Mia is capable and can do more, she's just trying to figure out what she wants to do with her life. Gabe is the catalyst to get her moving. It also involves some forbidden boss and employee relations which makes it that much sweeter.

The chemistry between the two is evident and the sex scenes are smoldering. I appreciate how Ms. Banks shows a kink scene gone wrong and how she tries to rectify it. Sometimes, the best laid plans still fall short. Recommended to romance readers who enjoy a bit of spice to their romance.
