Review: A Crafty Ever After

A Crafty Ever After A Crafty Ever After by Tymber Dalton
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

It is not all fun and games in a threesome. Cali, Sean and Max have had their ups and downs over the years since they came together.  The last downer scared the hell out of Sean and Max.  Cali's extreme independence and not wanting to ever be like Sean and Max's previous lover causes a Sean and Max to open their eyes.

So many times, women will sacrifice their own health - physical and financial for the "good" of the family.  They don't realize that no one else will put them first.  Cali over gives and now that her two lovers know, they are going to do something about it.  I found this story to be touching because how realistic it is with women who tend to look out for their mate first.  Ms. Dalton brings forth a truth that no one talks about and tends to shy away from.  Because for some unknown reason, it is the job of the woman to always give up their time, food, money, health to help others.

What I like is that in this threesome, once this in balance is revealed, instead of taking more, Sean and Max step up to the plate.  They realize that their carefree life has been at the expense of one they hold dear to them.  Their careful planning of how to rectify this situation is beautiful.  This heartwarming story with a bit of kink shows the healthy dynamics of people who love each other.  It can be complicated with three in the relationship instead of two, but they are able to figure it out and come to happy resolution.  This sweet romance is highly recommended to readers who love their happily ever afters.
