When it comes to Ms. Burkhart, I will read everything she writes. This universe she's created is erotic, dark and women will rule. This is a short story featuring Helayna and her luscious men. For those who haven't read a book in this series yet, this is okay as a standalone. It does mention some things that make better sense if you read the other books in Their Vampire Queen.
When this novella came out, it was a nice teaser because the original series seemed to have ended. Due to popular demand by her readers, after this book came out, more books were written in the series! WOOHOO! This is a very quick read. Recommended for erotic romance readers who enjoy alpha males sharing one powerful woman.
