Bratva brothers are getting better and better.  In this latest, Ms. Renee brings Nikolai's story to life. He is the twin of Dima and he is the suave money man.  As the "bookie" he handles gambling and some other money making jobs.  For some reason, I really liked Nikolai over all the other brothers.  Each one is unique and sexy.  Nikolai is so much more appealing.  Maybe it is because of how he treats and relates to Chelle.

This is the erotic theme of selling one's body to organized crime to pay off the debts of a loved one.  Ms. Rose takes this and twists it into a sweet romance supercharged with kink.  Nikolai slips in a little bit of naughtiness when Chelle responds to his flirting.  Honestly, these two are so adorable.  Their interactions are erotically charged with an underlying innocence.

When I say innocence, I mean there isn't really an ulterior motive.  They may pretend in an elaborate role-play, but at the heart of it, they do have a blossoming relationship.  They learn about each other.  Or at least Chelle needs to learn about Nikolai since she doesn't have a hacker brother.  Instead, she has a loser druggie gambler brother who caused her path to cross Nikolai's.

I understand this is completely unrealistic in how Nikolai treats Chelle.  But it is so darn cute.  When he helps her out at work, I'm over the moon in how romantic and helpful he is to her.  He does all the right things and basically helps increase her moxie.  He gave her the opportunity to be even better at her job.  Basically they bring out the best in each other which is something I love to read about.

Yes, Nikolai is a killer, but come on... he is kind of reformed.  He kills bad guys.  I don't actual have an issue with the Bratva here with their illegal businesses.  They don't peddle flesh or drugs.  The other stuff they do, I honestly don't find issue with because... they are just trying to make a living and not give all their money to the government. I digress.

The sex scenes between Nikolai and Chelle are kinky and oh so hawt.  I love Chelle's inexperience and desire to get down with the bad boy.  Nikolai's rough sex with some sugarkink is delicious.  I may overload on their sweetness.  This erotic romance is recommended for readers who love a bad boy with a good girl theme.
