Why did I wait to read this book for so long?  I found this little gem on one of my kindles (don't judge!) and realized I've had this sweet story for a while.  I recognized the author's name and dived right in.  This is the book for you if you are looking for a sexual awakening and affirmation erotica.

Starting over again after a 17-year-old marriage dissolving was not on Jennifer's bucket list.  I feel for Jennifer.  Getting to 40 and finding out that your spouse finds you boring when you felt they were your best friend is soul-shattering.  Fortunately for Jennifer, she's decided to move forward and with her new start, she goes for a tattoo.  Caliph, a tattoo artist she meets at a party helps her start fresh.

Unlike her ex-husband, Caliph looks like the "bad boy" her mother and grandmother warned her about. Caliph may be intimidating with loads of skin art, but he is sweet and sexy.  This story is a simple and straightforward plot.  The steamy sex scenes are what make the story so good.  We have wax play, a bit of bondage, D/s, and some spanking.  This is all upon first interaction.  The sky is the limit for this couple as they develop their relationship.  Ms. Carr writes the scenes hawt and enjoyable.  This erotica is recommended as a Gateway to BDSM book.
