What is this delicious goodness?  Yes, I can be bribed by sex and this book pushed it from a 3 to a 4 star with the sexy times. Mr. McKay is a new-to-me author writing femdom in a romantic and realistic way.  Many times male writers will include a huge dose of humiliation and extreme fantasy BDSM porn with cruel female dominants.  Whilst the title of this book may lead a reader to believe this to be in a similar vein, they could not be more wrong.

I am pleasantly surprised by this story and how it unfolds.  Jean is a dominant and she slowly brings her vanilla boyfriend to the kinky side of life.  The kinky scenes in this novella are realistic and sexy.  I like seeing it from Dave's point of view.  This story does bounce back and forth between Jean and Dave.  The interactions between Jean and Dave may seem a little manipulative, but I ask you this. If this was a male dominant "corrupting" his girlfriend, would it be viewed in the same light?

I found Jean's method maybe not the best, but it is sexy and I liked it.  I wouldn't use this as a guide to bring a partner into kink but it is a way that appears to work.  Ms. McKay's writing voice does across as new to writing.  His character-building and worldbuilding are lacking.  His storytelling is strong and I anticipate his writing to improve with each story he writes. He is an author I am going to read each time he publishes.  I would like to see a book written solely from the male submissive perspective.  This may be a little too niche but it would be delightful. 

I recommend this kinky read to erotic readers who are venturing into the femdom world.
