Hello, Daddy! I have been naughty. This book can be read as a standalone. It is better read right after reading Khan. Oh boy. For those who love Daddy doms, this book is for you. Whilst the lyrics do not match exactly, the feel and vibe from Macy Gray's Sugar Daddy song plays through my head as I read this book.

Wrench is a bitten werewolf and part of the Birmingham MC. His sister is hooked up with his "brother" Khan. Living in Khan's home, he is neighbors with Tori. Tori is an interesting character because she she's a trust fund baby with all the benefits of that world, living off the grid and growing her own food. Quite honestly, I'm impressed with everything Tori does and I love her character. Her background is interesting and doesn't really make her a sugar baby in need of a sugar daddy. She could instead be Wrench's sugar mama. Tori's 180 degree direction change from when she was younger to now shows of extreme growth under stress. She rose to the occasion and came out stronger and more experienced. I did geek out over all the different things she learned whilst being off the grid.
What made me sad for Tori and Wrench is their childhood. Tori could have gone the same path as her mom. She didn't and she became her own person. I love what she did to take control of her own life and how she went about finding what she felt was missing. Wrench's upbringing is way out there. I do not know how he came out as well adjusted as he is today. What I do know is that I appreciate how Ms. Blevins creates her "foes". She doesn't make them out to be all evil. There are some authors whose personal agenda come out like a sledgehammer. Ms. Blevins is not one of those. Instead she shows events and thoughts that highlight a "bad" character's point of view. I appreciate it. Instead of being told these parents are heinous, we as readers can make a judgement call for ourselves. Because it isn't so black and white. The shades of gray help us empathize and understand others that are radically different from our own moral standards. We might not agree with these parents, we still receive the closure Wrench and Tempe needed from them. Just as Tori is able to experience a resolution with her parents.
Tori and Wrench's romance is built on a common bond that strengthens as they get to know each other. The intimacy in their kink is divine. I adore this kink and Wrench does it so well. Tori is adorable and sometimes a bit bratty. She is too cute - just like her ducklings. I do have to make a side note mention of Khan's parents trying to relate to Tori with their favourite duck recipes. I laughed so hard on that one. Not sure everyone will appreciate it as much as an Asian who both loves ducklings as adorable birds and find them to be so tasty.
When it comes to BDSM and sex scenes, Ms. Blevins is a consistent winner for me. This story is filled with delightful scenes of how a healthy erotic power exchange occurs between a Daddy and his little. Loved it. With so many pieces I enjoyed about this story, I still rated it a 4 star . . . maybe 4.5 because it didn't speak to me as much I hoped. Maybe my expectations were out of alignment because I eagerly seek Daddy dom kinks. This is another reason why I go into stories completely cold. I have no preconceived notions.
This erotic romance is recommended to kinky readers who enjoy when a woman finds her "daddy" in more ways than one.
