What is good for the goose is good for the gander. There is a niche group reading the cuckold stories.  I've read some of them on and off over the years.  An even smaller niche is cuckqueen or cuckquean stories.  I find for the most part there are few people interested in reading them.  Because our readership for porn is generally female readers.  Most female readers are not turned on or intrigued by being either a cupcake or cuckqueen.

Since the demand is low, my guess is authors who write these books are also going to not make much money.  It is all about supply and demand.  Unfortunately, as a result the stories can be short and not so sweet.  I've read Lexi Stokes before and I actually bought this one to see what it would be like.  It was meh.  The cover is better than the story.

The premise was okay and the execution of the story was lackluster.  The sex scenes were trite and the humiliation aspect of it - not arousing.  If one is interested in cuckquean stories, I would recommend going to Literotica instead.  There are some better ones out there.
