Bring out your kink!  Emmy is a woman to be reckoned with.  She may be young and sowing her oats, but she does know her own mind. In her twenties, she's still a babe in the immortal world. She is having fun and the stodgy adults are cramping her style.  I'm a lot peeved with her father, Aaron Drake, for cutting off her trust fund. I am disappointing in his inability to accept Emmy for herself.  Within a few chapters, it is clear that Emmy is not the rebellious lazy diva.  She is easily bored and she needs stimulation. Emmy is a domme and I love it. Her style of dominating is everything I love about a dominant.  She is seeks to understand her submissive and does an incredible job of meeting their needs whilst meeting her own.  For her to be "exiled" to the hell hole of Alaska for essentially being an exuberant exhibitionist is bit of an overkill for me.  But this works out for Emmy because gets to spend time with Abbot, now going as his new profile - Zander.  

I have loved Zander from the beginning.  When Zander found Spencer, after Kirsten dumped him, I was happy for him.  Zander and Spencer are doing well in their new location and they also get to host a very exclusive balls to the walls BDSM extravaganza for Vampires in Alaska.  Because, there are weeks of no sunshine and this becomes a glorious playground for the Vampires who need no sleep.

Emmy under Zander's protection learns that she is eligible to be a sex slave/toy for this sex conference and she would make a lot of money.  I completely understand why Emmy wants to have her own money.  She grew up quick she suddenly was cut off from accessing her funds.  The minor problem with working this conference?  If her parents found out, they probably would have a cow.  

This conference is over the top and the BDSM is definitely paranormal style.  There is no surviving these scenes as a mere human. Ms. Blevins brings out so many different kinks that I'm in kink heaven reading about it. The role playing scenes are delicious and depraved.  The one-on-one feeding sessions are intense at times and orgasmic. Pretty much everything makes me wish that I could be a shifter and heal from the scenes played out in this 24/7 dungeon of delights.  If you are into the darker BDSM kinks, this book is a must read.  It does end in a hook that pulls straight into book two.
